Building a new space is an exciting experience, and it can be overwhelming! This is why we work with you each step of the way from designing your floorplan and layout to fit your building site, to move in day and beyond with our one year warranty. We give you an overview of the process upfront, ensuring you know what to expect, and then manage each step for you.
We work first to build trust through working with our clients closely to ensure your needs are met from beginning to end. All of our clients are provided a personal web page that allows them to stay connected 24/7. This allows you to log into a secure web portal and see current budget and next steps within the building process.
You will work directly with owners, Connor & Kaytlyn Doyle, who will guide you through the multitude of design decisions, offering you the best options and solutions every step of the way, keeping your budget in mind.
We can tackle any project from small residential to light commercial construction. Whether you are looking to finish your basement, remodel your kitchen, or gut an existing space to entirely redesign it, we can help by providing the same level of quality and attention as we do to new builds.

Our first meeting is to discuss your vision and budget. We have found that a full project scope generation drives the budget. Through designer, builder & draftsperson collaboration we are able to design a space to fit your budget.
This phase includes constant monitoring and interaction from our project management team. We keep an eye on bids to ensure alignment with our predetermined budget, stay on top of schedules for timely delivery and work closely with vendors to bring your concept design vision into reality.
Working with trusted subcontractors, we advocate for our clients throughout the entire build & stay focused on the delicate balance between quality, scheduling & budgeting.
The last step in any build. This includes a contractor cleanup, systems training, final inspections and move-in coordination. After completion, we have a final walkthrough to ensure your complete satisfaction.
We continue to follow up at 60 days and one year to warranty all labor and supplied materials.

We primarily serve Burwell, Ord, Taylor & surrounding areas in central Nebraska, but we are open to building in other locations depending on the size and scope of the project.
We specialize in residential new construction, additions, remodels & light commercial work. We also provide interior design & drafting services.
We take pride in serving each of our clients to the utmost level, giving them the required attention to detail, focus and time it deserves. We work with you and ensure that our team is providing a high level of support throughout each phase of our process. For this reason, we limit the amount of new homes we build in each calendar year, with a select number of construction slots available for additions & smaller remodels. The only time the fixed contract price will change is if an allowance for an item in the contract is exceeded. Selections can also affect pricing – any selection that is upgraded throughout the selection process may incur an extra cost. We will communicate any increase to you and will not proceed without approval.
This is highly variable depending on many factors, but a high level snapshot of a building timeframe would be:
1. Concept Design Phase (1-2 months)
2. Preconstruction Phase (2 months)
3. Construction Phase (8-10 months)
4. *Post Construction Phase (1 year Warranty)
In summary, we suggest to plan for about 12-18 months from the beginning of your concept design through to the move in day you are anticipating. With that being said, as a custom home builder we only offer a select number of construction slots per year which fill up quickly! Some builders will only build from pre populated plans. This may mean your finalized plans will need to be redrawn by your architect or draftsman to meet the builders specifications, costing you more time & money.
We offer both design and/or building services. Our design and drafting process starts with your budget first and is tailored to help customers explore ideas so that they can see what is achievable. We can coordinate the whole project from start to finish.
If you already have your own plans, we can work from these as well.
Once we have generated your plans & agreed on a fixed price contract, you will have the opportunity to review our available construction slots. We book these out 12-18 months in advance, so the sooner you are able to finalize your design, the sooner we can discuss available construction slots.
